'Possible Internet Connection Issue Encountered' when scanning an item in FBAScout

In FBAScout, i get the message 'Possible Internet Connection Issue Encountered' when scanning an item. What's up with that?

Under Menu -> Settings, turn OFF Show Quantity. If you have Wifi turned ON, try turning it OFF. If you live in an area with 4G, try turning 4G OFF.

You also may see this if you scan an item with a very high number of offers.

I have this happen sometimes, when it does I touch the magnifying glass to search and the results almost always load. FYI
