We just started using our new Scan fob and just uploaded 93 items from FBA scout (off our Android HTC phone) but did not give a batch name. They are not appearing in FBA power. Do we do our batch name on our phone before uploading? How do we find the items? They are gone from the phone.
The Email and password (already entered) are in the phone (FBAScout) settings. We tried again today and did another upload -89 items. The date and time stamp are in the batch drop down menu. This is where we can't seem to get anything. We click on this and nothing populates. We tried restoring etc and get nothing.
Aren't the items supposed to show up somewhere? what is the use of buying a scanfob and clicking "buy" when nothing shows up on FBAPower?
We entered everything with our new desk scanner today and had to re-enter every item one by one. We have 100's of items yet to enter and it is taking forever to list! Please help!

Hello, I am just trying to figure out how to get my fbascout products uploaded? Do I choose 'winzip' from my camera - which by the way says trial expired and now I would have to pay $29.95 to use it or do I choose 'microsoft office document scanning' or 'microsoft scanner and camera wizard' or 'picasa 3' ? Those are my choices. Please advise and thank you, Dona.-
Hi Dona,
Not sure where you are in the process. FBAScout runs on iPhone and Android. When you find an item that you want to save, press the Buy Button. This builds your list. To upload to FBAPower, you upload your Buy list from FBAScout. Email us if you have questions about this process.

Hi Chris - I have also tried uploading items from my new Android to FBAPower, but nothing shows up that I can find in FBAPower. I've not been able to find any further details on how to upload in the instruction guide, so I'm sort of stalled (or left with only manual input for now). I'd really like to iron out the issue so that I can get grounded in a solid process going forward. Do I perhaps need to do something with the PC's bluetooth. I'm not certain if I need to be using a SCANFOB, but I didn't think I did, because I can scan in all the barcodes with the camera on my Android (brand new).
Also, I am receiving a "FAILURE" notice when logging into FBAPower on my laptop that says:
"401 Fulfillment service not available." I've seen someone else with this issue, but no solution shown yet. Just wanted to mention it in case it is related. Thanks.

Did you enter your FBAPower email and password in the FBAScout app? You may want to start with a fresh upload now that your account is set up properly.

Yes, it appeared to be working for awhile - but then I noticed that that one of the test uploads appeared in my Amazon inventory!! I hadn't pushed any of the top buttons that would have done the. I started just manually inputting items. Unfortunately, I was pulled away from the session for another activity, and when I came back, was rerquired to login - and there was none of my info left.
In any case, you previously mentioned the advantages of getting a scanner and I'm prepared to get the Scanfob that you've suggested (with the discount). However, prior to purchasing it, I'd like to be sure that tSerialIO ScanfobTM 2002 could be accompanied by SerialMagic Gears for the same discounted price, or whether I'm going to have to purchase that for another $49 because I have an Android. Please let me know if you have any info on this, or perhaps know who I should contact.

I am also having the same issue at the OP. I was trying to upload inventory a couple of days ago & Chris helped me fix the 401 error I was getting (Thanks a bunch, Chris!). I uploaded more inventory today & it says the upload was successful, the date/time is in my Batch drop down box, there are records of my AZ shipments at the bottom of the page (so I'm assuming that means my account is linked correctly)....but I get a blank screen when I try to populate the batch with my uploaded items. I have searched the forum and the user guide and can't find an answer. Please advise.

Never mind...maybe I just didn't give it enough time. I was able to enter all my items, but now can't get them to transfer to AZ. I'll ask that on another thread. Thanks!
