401 Fulfillment service not available
This could be a total newbie thing, but I keep getting a 401 error when I log in. My guess is that I did a step in the set up incorrectly, but not sure. P

Initial setup is the hardest part; I promise! :)
Be sure that Step 3 is complete: http://www.fbapower.com/guide/step3.html
And that Step 4 was completed with the second option.

A: Choose the SECOND OPTION: 'I want to use an application to access my Amazon seller account with MWS.'
B: Enter FBAPower as the Application Name.
C: Enter 6771-7968-3933 for the Application's Developer Account Number.
If you have never sold using FBA before, you need to add FBA to your Amazon seller account using Step 2: http://www.fbapower.com/guide/step2.html
Give it a shot and let me know if you're still stuck.

Thanks for the super quick reply. I think I found the issue, and it seemed to fix....
When I entered my Access Key ID and Secret Access Key, I accidentally used credentials from a previously established AWS account. This AWS account was a different one than the one I set up with my Amazon accounts.
When I saved the correct info in my account, the error went away.

I have the same problem. I've completed the steps as you've outlined above, but I am still receiving the same error message. Also, I am wondering if there is a way to migrate my current inventory with Amazon over to FBAPower. right now, when I go to FBAPower, there is no inventory to manage...any suggestions?

You'll manage most of your Amazon inventory from within your Amazon seller account. FBAPower can import your Amazon listings for replenishment if you like. -

I'm getting error 403, and I've double and triple checked my settings. I have over 200 items to send in today, and I was really hoping to be rolling with FBA Power today.

Just noticed that before the 403 message there is a message that a subscription is needed for the Access Key ID. So there's my problem, but I still have no clue how to fix it. :(
